green chilli chicken ( ayam cabai hijau )

1 chicken, cut into 4 parts
2 stalk lemongrass, crushed
4 lbr lime leaves

Subtle spice
3 cm turmeric
2 cloves of garlic
½ tsp pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice

ingredient Chilli sauce
4 pcs red onion
2 cloves of garlic
8 pcs green chili, stew half-baked
5 cm ginger
1 tsp salt


How to Make
