Kalasan Fried Chicken Recipe Ingredients:

* 1 whole chicken weighs 500 grams divided into 2 parts

* 1 tablespoon corn starch Munjung
* 1/2 tsp Baking powder
* 1/2 tbsp salt
* 500 ml Water
* 400 ml cooking oil

Spices that are:

* 7 cloves of Garlic
* 7 cloves Tamarind
* 3cm Turmeric
* 1 tbsp Coriander

How to make Chicken Fried Kalasan:

* Mix all ingredients and spices then ungkep up to 200 ml of water over low heat.
